Simon L. Snyder

Simon Snyder joined Teigland-Hunt LLP in 2011. Simon’s practice focuses on advising clients regarding compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act and related CFTC and SEC rulemakings as well as in the drafting and negotiation of trading documentation for derivatives and commodities transactions including ISDA Master Agreements, prime brokerage and clearing services documentation. Simon graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law where he was a Dean’s Teaching Fellow, a member of the Emory Law Moot Court Honors Society, and a recipient of the Dean’s Award in Environmental Law.
