Simon L. Snyder

Simon Snyder is a partner at Teigland-Hunt LLP, where he has practiced since 2011. He advises hedge funds, corporations, universities, family offices, and other financial institutions on regulatory and legislative matters affecting global derivatives, securities, and commodities markets. Simon has extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting trading relationships in these markets, combining deep regulatory insight with a transactional focus to help clients navigate complex legal frameworks with confidence.

Simon earned his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Teaching Fellow. He is admitted to practice in California and New York.
